城市更新的价值不仅是带来环境面貌上的提升，也要重视历史文脉的传承，更提升人们对生活品质的追求与社会发展经济的活力。良好的景观设计可以起到助力作用。而此次项目是作为蔡边更新项目的展示中心，主要有展厅建筑、园林景观、样板间等三个区域。我们根据地形特点来创造富有传统文化底蕴，融合现代设计语言和审美的空间。通过项目呈现给当地居民带来一个可以休闲、聚会、交流和参观的场所，给环境带来更多绿意与格调提升。大美蔡边，幸福蔡边，让当地居民真真切切体验到环境品质和生活调性。景法自然，观达自在。我们相信任何一个设计项目的成功落地，都能带来一定范围的社会与文化价值的实现。The value of urban renewal is not only to bring about the improvement of the environment, but also to pay attention to the inheritance of historical context, and to enhance people's pursuit of quality of life and the vitality of social development and economic development. 设计策略 Design Strategy
延续传统文化脉络，并在场地中创造富有吸引力的景象。我们为项目营造特有的山海情境，我们尝试在项目中融入最具自然大美的设计语素，来提升场地的质感。通过对山之意、海之韵、云之远、舟之影、石之趣、光之静等场景的唯美演绎形成空间的故事线。
山之意。我们通过园林作为意趣与方法，表现中国人的生活态度与思想方法。我们在景观设计形式语言中运用山的美学抽象表达，营造空间的秩序和文化美感。烟雨寻山，开启游园体验之旅。
We use gardens as interest and methods to express the attitudes and ways of thinking of the Chinese people. We use mountain's aesthetic abstract expression in the formal language of landscape design to create space order and cultural beauty. Search for mountains in the blend of clouds and rain, and start the experience journey of playing in the garden.
海之韵。以地景艺术的形式诠释更为包容的生活智慧和心灵哲思，以海的柔美的曲线表述最基本的诗意形式与叙事想象。黑与白的细石构成流动空间，感受韵律顺时而变。夜间自然光消减，灯火盈盈应之显现另一番流动风景。正如《阴翳礼赞》中写道:“美，不存在于物体之中，而存在于物与物产生的阴翳的波纹和明暗之中。”

舟之影。艺术雕塑作为空间的点睛之笔，泛舟造型与起伏的地形结合，颇有“一叶扁舟轻帆卷”的影像，寥寥几笔，简洁高古。正如野口勇所说，环境本身就是雕塑。人们可以进入这样一个空间，它是周围真实的领域，每一个要素的大小和形状是与整个空间和其他所有要素想关联的，而这些，即构成园林。Art sculpture is the finishing touch of the space. 石之趣。天光云影,经由山形玻璃砖景墙射出温暖的光,温柔的抹在绿茵中的黑山石上。一场寻光之旅,不仅是一道风景的铺排,更是一场美学的旅程。这一时刻变化着的光影，赋予景石生动勾勒的空间轮廓以生命力和更多美学趣味。

光之静。仰望星空，绛蓝色的天空像是泼墨后的大肆渲染，漫天星斗洋洋洒洒地铺满了整个天空，晦涩的压抑着。而园林中，星星点点的光芒连贯在一起，在夜幕之下更显得静谧。穿梭林间，绿意的包裹，犹如时空穿越，与自然对话，感受自然的艺术魅力。
