南京古称金陵，历史六朝建都，近代民国鼎盛繁荣之都，今日已成为多元包容的现代化都市。南京深厚的历史文化底蕴和独特的江南民居形制，为此次的设计创作提供了灵感源泉。    

售楼中心室内设计主题为“四水归堂”——屋顶内测坡的雨水从四面流入天井，寓意水聚天心，传承天人合一的理学思想。以理性思维提炼和优化，用现代手法来表达东方智慧，以江南民居屋顶的序列手法，创造具有传统记忆的体验方式。

Nanjing was known as Jinling in ancient times, it was the capital of six dynasties, and it is the thriving and prosperous capital of the Republic of China in modern times. Today it has become a modern city of diversification and tolerance. Nanjing's profound historical and cultural heritage and the unique Jiangnan residential architecture have provided a source of inspiration for this design.

The theme of the interior design of the sales center is "Four Waters Returning to the Hall"-the rainwater measuring the slope on the roof flows from all sides into the patio, which means that the water gathers the heart of heaven and inherits the philosophical thought of the unity of heaven and man. Refining and optimizing with rational thinking, expressing oriental wisdom with modern techniques, and using the sequential technique of the roofs of Jiangnan houses to create an experience with traditional memories.

 Artistic conception

空间是有气场的，步入空间的第一分钟，对第一个事物产生的记忆点，便会影响你对空间的气场判断。写实与写意，真实与气韵；由实悟虚，虚实相生，意趣横生。

Space has an aura. The first minute you step into the space, the memory point of the first thing that will affect your judgment of the space field. Reality and Liberal, Reality and Charm; Reality and Vulgarity, False Reality and Symbiosis, Interesting.

从天窗照射下来的阳光在一天当中不同的时间段呈现丰富的光影效果。光是空间的润色剂，自然界赋予的神奇力量，造就了眼前的世界，打开了我们的感知，充满向上的能量。

The sun shining through the skylight presents a rich light and shadow effect at different times of the day. Light is the emollient of space. The magical power given by nature has created the world in front of us, opened up our perception and filled with upward energy.

空间设计表达
 Space design expression

自前厅步入模型区，整个空间阔然开朗。天花的设计让人眼前一亮。为了把光引入室内，我们在顶面“开了一扇窗”，受传统民居屋顶形制的启发，一片片的屋顶错落排布。中间分割出一长条采光井，长条采光井被建筑结构分割，光线照射，形成断续的斑驳光影。光线折射入室内，给感官和心灵一次机缘，收录那些天长地久的璀璨，让阳光游走在室内每一个角落。

Stepping into the model area from the front hall, the whole space is bright and cheerful. The design of the ceiling shines. In order to introduce light into the interior, we “introduced a window” on the top, which is inspired by the traditional roof shape of traditional houses, and the roofs were arranged one by one. A long lighting well is divided in the middle. The long lighting well is divided by the building structure, and the light is irradiated to form intermittent mottled light and shadow. The light is refracted into the room, giving the senses and the mind a chance, collecting those long-lasting brilliance, letting the sun walk in every corner of the room.
