China Merchants · Shekou Prince Bay Business Plaza is situated in Shenzhen Shekou Free Trade Zone. Taking the Free Trade Zone as strategic support, CMSK aims to construct the bridgehead, pivotal port and starting point of Maritime Silk Road in the 21^st Century. Being Shenzhen’s future important maritime portal, paragon of Shenzhen-Hongkong cooperation and Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability, Prince Bay complex development project integrates function systems such as cruise home-port, top business cluster, costal commercial block and top international community etc., will become one of the core carriers of Qianhai Shekou Free Trade Zone in the future. 

太子湾·商务广场作为太子湾综合体开发项目的首发之作，总建筑面积约8万平米，其中写字楼约7万平米，商业配套约1万平米，由6栋写字楼组成，容积率仅2.88，这种低密度的滨海城区商务花园，既继承了原蛇口工业的历史情结与人文脉络，又融合了全新的生态、绿色、低密度的办公理念。

As the first kick of Prince Bay complex development project, Prince Bay · Business Plaza’s total floor area is 80,000㎡, including six office buildings (70,000㎡) and commercial facilities (10,000㎡), with the plot ratio 2.88. The low-density coastal business garden well continues the historical emotion and cultural texture of the original Shekou industry, more importantly, merges with ecological, green and low-density office concept.

太子湾被天然环境围绕，北面有大南山，东面有微波山，南面临深圳湾，因此结合发展区域山海融城和国际化交通枢纽的特色，设计师以“山、林、海”的景观设计主题，为招商·深圳蛇口太子湾商务广场打造以个自然、优美的乐活之境。

Prince Bay fully embraces with natural environment. In order to blend the mountains and sea with the city and highlight the international transportation junction, the designers select “Mountain, Forest and Sea” as the landscape theme, creating natural and graceful livable environment for the project.

项目延续太子湾整体的规划诉求，在景观规划上通过挖掘和借鉴太子湾的地理特色、历史人文及国际背景，将众多前卫的绿色设计、可持续发展思维、各式相关活动和方式带到人们日常及办公生活中，鼓励人们多与大自然作出更紧密的对话。

Prince Bay’demands in overall planning is extended in the project. By exploring on the geographical features, history, culture and international background, the design brings various related actives, a lot of advanced green and sustainable thinking into people’s daily life and office life, encouraging more closed dialogues between human and nature.

（1）东广场 East Plaza

在东广场景观的设计及施工上，设计师融入现代艺术的设计手法，丰富视觉效果，除了旱喷广场、雨篷、休闲座椅外，还在游客休憩空间四周打造了树阵、阶梯剧场、竹幕等，以能见、能闻、能触的场景制造，增强体验感。

In the landscape design and construction of east plaza, the designers adopt modern art to enrich the visual effects. Besides dry fountain plaza, canopy and leisure seating, the design provides tree arrays, amphitheater and bamboo curtain around the rest space, trying to strengthen the experiences by diversified scenes.

（2）西广场 West Plaza

西广场的景观与东广场一脉相承，通过对太子湾规划区域的文化传统、人文生活及优质地理等进行多维度的梳理与整合，活化、重塑和再生人文艺术及生活文化，创造出独特多彩的多元文化商务区。

The landscape in the west plaza comes down in one continuous line with the east plaza. The design aims to construct a distinctive and diversified business district by integrating geographical, traditional resources and activating cultural art and life.

（3）屋顶花园 Roof Garden

屋顶花园与自然界明确相关，是蛇口太子湾商务广场办公区域特有的空间，设有与自然亲密接触的休闲空间、生机盎然的绿茵草坪等互动体验区域，从窗户外探，人们就能从这个屋顶花园获得惊喜，在这段“舒适之旅”中，公共空间与艺术展示错落交织，自然素材与生活元素点缀其中。

As a featured place in the office area, the roof garden is equipped with some interactive experience areas like leisure space which could provide closest contact with nature and vigorous green lawn. Looking out from the window, people can gain surprises from the roof garden.  During the “pleasing journey”, public space weaves with art exhibition fluently, with natural and life elements decorated in and between.
