The Lake Sales Center is located in the heart of a new town named Tuanbo in Tianjin which is close to the tennis center of 13th Tianjin sports meet. The planing area is 208458 square meters. This center takes the Tuanbo Lake as its core and has good geographical location and convenient transportation. As the first real-estate project in Tianjin owned by JINKE GROUP, they focus on enhancing their influence in Tianjin. About this project, they stressed that designers should break the routine and create an original modern space.
金科天湖销售中心的建筑内部构造端正规整,整体呈开放式的空间布局,又各自独立的洽谈区域,将现代的科技感和包容性融入空间布局中,设计上以简洁的横向和纵向线条结构,搭配情景光源,展现空间的简洁与精致。
The interior structure of this building is square and arranged orderly which displays an open space as a whole and has its own separate negotiating area. Designers use horizontal and vertical lines coordinated with lights to make the space simple and exquisite. The element of technology and inclusiveness are also integrated into the design of this space.
洽谈区,大面积落地玻璃、开放式结构让人们在室内充分感受到自然光,设计师希望这个空间是一个公共的文化交谈区,亲和而开放,现代而简洁。
The big area of glass and open structure in the negotiating area can make you contact sun lights. Designers hope this space become a simple, open and modern public communication area.
品牌文化展示区是本案的一大亮点,有别于传统销售中心的模式化布局,本案强调对金科品牌文化的塑造与展示。
