我们以“境谧盎然”为主题，打造一条将超级入口、中芯聚院流澜会客厅以及假日泳池串联起来的缤纷景观主轴，将情绪价值作为园区景观的灵感指南。以泳池区域为社区超级核心，串联各个空间，激发参与性与动态交流，实现真正意义上的心林物语，与万物对话。

| PART 1 |超级界面

打破红线内外，建筑与景观，室内与室外的边界，形成一个极具力量感与度假酒店感的统一有机界面，形成品质满满的入口形象。近200m长的极致横向界面，甄选定制玉石玻璃材质，每次归家都是一场尊贵礼遇，满足仪式感的同时融入丰富的功能场景：归家、等候、便民服务、转角咖啡、绿影长廊...

与社区入口结合形成的归家界面，营造昭示街角与活力内街。卡座与花池及软装外摆的结合，巧妙地将商业的灰空间有效的纳入商业氛围中来，营造了更轻松有趣，易于交流和驻足的区域。

The homecoming interface combined with the entrance of the community creates a prominent street corner and a vibrant inner street. The combination of the booth with the flower pool and the soft decoration outswing cleverly integrates the commercial gray space into the business atmosphere effectively, creating a more relaxed and interesting area that is easy to communicate and stop.

| PART 2 |谧境水院

约1200㎡中心水院，位于主入口连接的位置，承载着生活的艺术与闲适，开阔视线的亲水书吧、水岸安谧的休闲坐区、藏在绿屿水涧中的亲水包厢，提供了静谧、放松的停留空间。正望林下落日，将森林秘境与日落景观收集，眺望闲聊，是另一种舒缓闲适的“森活”。

以海派格调生活为蓝本、编制多元生活场景，汲取上海咖啡文化；咖啡香溢，酝酿生活惬意打造集会客、办公、书吧、艺术、休憩五大功能于一体的半开放式社区泛会所。

约320㎡的泳池空间，将度假氛围融入日常生活景观之中，整体空间抬高处理，结合社区HUB、成人泳池、儿童戏水池，最大化的发挥社区的聚集效应，成为整个社区的超级核心！

廊架作为整个社区格局的核心，承担多个视觉感受的对景空间；既服务于泳池空间，又服务于整个社区；材料上采用普拉达绿结合异形切割石材，体现其精工品质及格调生活。

从入口大堂延伸出的风雨连廊体系，既创造无风雨归家的体验，又作为串联空间的媒介，链接园区内所有室内外功能，消弭和打破边界生活和自然的边界。

近千米的风雨回廊，是基于上海超百天梅雨季的在地化创新，创造在社区中人与人相遇和交往的多种可能。宝妈带娃、萌宠散步、老人遛弯、收取外卖和快递……回廊所起到的作用，不只是避风挡雨，也是生活情感与自然交织的纽带，在每一个归家的平凡日子里，静静地讲述着温暖的故事。

连廊将架空层、绿植水景、休憩平台与中央草坪一一将主要的空间节点以及架空层串联起来，两侧引入特色“水帘”设计，雨水天气独显静谧韵味，阳光晴朗折射璀璨光影，铺陈出每一位归来者，晴雨从容、踏步有致的生活仪式；除了是归途上的庇护所，风雨回廊也是四季风景的见证者，四季风景尽在此处流转，让每一次的归来都充满了诗意与温情。

| PART 4|缤纷花屿

植物汲取混合花境种植手法，约6500㎡的景观，百年乌桕花园，染井吉野樱等植物，形成了春晓园所独有的植物空间场域。

专属的社区IP提升了业主的归属感，通过它的形象链接业主与园区景观，形成了更深的羁绊。整体的景观也串联了卡拉福的生活。

一条蜿蜒曲折的旱溪穿越廊下的草地空间，卡拉福陪伴我们一起相遇、认知、了解雨水花园的知识，一起在这里探险与发现。

植物认知牌、彩绘图案的松木桩全部根据卡拉福的形象二次设计进行定制，将卡拉福的形象深入结合到空间场景中去。
