艺术装置弱化了空间的商务属性，当光束自由洒落，一个奇妙的场域便形成了, 在这样的空间之中，聆听内心本真的声音，发现自我的价值与需求，平生出几分仪式感。此情此景，与其说空间是光的容器，倒不如说是光雕刻了空间。

在设计师对“艺术源于生活”的思考之下，首次将咖啡文化融入售楼处设计，在光与影的变幻中，秉持去繁就简的极简主义，冰冷的灰色建筑首次拥有了香溢生活气息，顺势而为咖啡吧售楼处1.0就此诞生。

Under the designer's thinking of "art comes from life", coffee culture is integrated into the sales office design for the first time. In the change of light and shadow, the minimalism of simplicity is adhered to. The cold gray building has the flavor of life for the first time, and the Sales Office of coffee bar 1.0 is born accordingly.

尚石设计积极尊崇建筑艺术原理，在喧嚣城市中为熙攘人群专筑一处静谧的专属空间—青岛胶州旭辉·银盛泰博观御品销售中心。作为咖啡吧售楼处升级体系1.5代表，在原有设计之上将咖啡吧自然融入售楼中心，改变其单纯作为销售场所的属性，整体艺术化.

Advocating stone design actively respects the principle of architectural art, and builds a quiet and exclusive space for the bustling people in the noisy city -- Qingdao Jiaozhou Xuhui YinshengTai  Boguanyupin sales center. As the representative of coffee bar Sales Office Upgrade System 1.5, coffee bar is naturally integrated into the sales center in the original design, changing its pure property as a sales place, and overall artistic.

目光之所及，所有固有墙面、吧台都进行过一定艺术化处理，软化后的不同的物理空间，艺术化中略带些许生活温度感，同时以时间为纽带，强调人在空间内产生交流、互动的社交属性，将艺术生活结合再创作，相互呼应，又相互统一 。

As far as the eye can see, all the inherent walls and bars have been artistically treated to soften the different physical spaces with a little sense of life temperature. At the same time, with time as the link, it emphasizes the social attribute of people's communication and interaction in space, and combines art life with recreation, echoes and unifies each other.

不同于常规售楼处的构造，博观御品将外观与功能一应俱全的咖啡吧台置于空间的入口，将咖啡融入书吧，以咖啡馆的形式与格调，营造轻松融洽的空间氛围，达成美好观感的前置条件。

售楼处轻盈悬浮的艺术装置，恰如其分的增添了慢生活氛围。在空间形成的焦点，在光影的映衬下，黄白色调愈发明亮闪耀，此刻，时间仿佛被按下了暂停键，突破万有引力定律，一切都不寻常，时间也仿佛停驻在此。

The light and floating art installation in the sales office appropriately adds a slow life atmosphere. In the focus of space formation, against the background of light and shadow, the yellow and white tones are more and more bright and shining. At this moment, time seems to be pressed the pause key, breaking through the law of gravity, everything is unusual, and time seems to stop here.

从景观、建筑到室内，博观御品所有的设计均以合宜的尺度，不刻意的形式，互为一体，始终将空间体验放在首位，打造胶州这座城市的精神文化地标。

From landscape, architecture to interior, all the designs of boguan Yupin are in a proper scale, in an unintentional form, integrated with each other, and always put the space experience in the first place, so as to build the spiritual and cultural landmark of Jiaozhou.
