是一座以龙泉青瓷产业为核心的青创园区，

在销售中心的空间设计上，

既要突出主题构思，

又要贴近当地文化，

为此我们的设计师展开了一场时空旅行。

Project location

It is a green innovation park 

with Longquan celadon industry as the core,

In the space design of the sales center,

We should not only highlight the theme idea,

And close to the local culture,

To this end, our designers 

launched a time and space journey.

浙江山水相依，青色连绵，

整体空间基调亦遵循清雅之风，

把当地的青瓷文化融入每一寸空间里，

给空间赋以清幽之志。

Zhejiang's mountains and rivers 

depend on each other, with continuous cyan,

Also follow the overall tone of elegance,

Integrate the local celadon culture into every inch of space,

Give space a quiet ambition.

设计师将空间的节奏性作为设计初衷，

把原本单一块面化的空间经过重新切割演绎，

尽可能的使其具有节奏感和秩序重构的递进。

The designer takes the rhythm 

of the space as the original intention of the design,

Re cut and deduce the original single block space,

Try to make it have a sense of rhythm and the progressive reconstruction of order.

于前台墙壁上给出一块突出的空间结构，

以白色空间为基，以青色瓷砖为样，

让所有的步入者都能瞬间感受到青瓷的气息和魅力。

A prominent space structure 

is given on the front desk wall,

Based on white space and cyan tiles,

So that all entrants can instantly 

feel the breath and charm of celadon.

运用欲扬先抑的构景手法，

突破物理空间自身的局限性，

在空间的开篇设置了狭长的接待前厅，

把空间与视线区隔开来。

Using the landscape construction 

technique of wanting to promote and restrain first,

Break through the limitations of physical space itself,

A long and narrow reception lobby 

is set at the beginning of the space,

Separate the space from the line of sight.

建筑内空间的重新排列，

让原有的空间功能更合理的区块化，

相通相连，不完全阻断，

又各自恰如其分的保持距离。

Rearrangement of space in the building,

Make the original spatial functions 

more reasonable in blocks,

Connected, not completely blocked,

And keep a proper distance from each other.

在整体空间的墙面与天花的设计上，

也尽可能的保持克制，让整个空间以优雅的、

明洁的方式展现在我们面前。

In the design of the wall and 

ceiling of the overall space,

Also try to exercise restraint 

and make the whole space elegant

In a clean way.

在软装搭配上也与硬装保持同步，

白色基底搭配喜马拉雅棕系色彩，

让整体氛围更显雅致与韵律。

It also keeps pace with hard clothes 

in the matching of soft clothes,

White base with Himalayan brown color,

Make the overall atmosphere 

more elegant and rhythmic.

龙泉青瓷是国家非物质文化遗产，

也成为国家地理标志产品，

为了更好的凸显地域文化与特色，

也更凸显青创园的主题，

设计师将烧窑“引入”到空间里。

Longquan celadon is a national 

intangible cultural heritage,

It has also become a national 

geographic indication product,

In order to better highlight 

regional culture and characteristics,

It also highlights the theme 

of the Youth Innovation Park,

The designer "introduced" 

the kiln into the space.

设计师借助内部建筑结构，

在主空间内搭起一座巨型的烧窑，

让空间颇具趣味与别致。

With the help of the internal architectural structure,

Build a huge kiln in the main space,

Make the space interesting and unique.

大地色的砖块呈弧形于天幕，

每一块都承载了千年烧窑的历史和故事，

每一块都仿佛在诉说着过去的岁月里，

不为人知的点滴。

Earth colored bricks arc in the sky,

Each piece carries the history 

and story of the Millennium kiln,

Each piece seems to be telling 

about the past years,

A little unknown.

这实际上是一个半聚合的多功能空间，

既可以做产品及文化展示，

又可以聚拢熙来攘往，

让更多未来的可能在这里探讨和发生。

This is actually a semi 

aggregated multi-functional space,

It can display products and culture,

And gather the crowds,

Let more future possibilities 

be discussed and happen here.

让文化再生是鲲誉设计始终坚持的设计理念，

用艺术化的手法和设计思路讲述人文和历史，

也是我们的设计团队始终追求的目标之一。

To regenerate culture is the design 

concept that Kunyu design always adheres to,

Tell the humanities and history 

with artistic techniques and design ideas,

It is also one of the goals that 

our design team always pursues.

希望每一次的空间设计都可以用

点、线、面诉说故事，追溯历史，探寻文脉，

用空间设计说好中国故事。

也希望每一个步入者都能直接的感受，

感受到空间里的每一寸倾诉与表达。

I hope every space design can be used

Point, line, face to face, tell stories, 

trace history and explore context,

a good Chinese story.

I also hope that every

 entrant can feel it directly,

Feel every inch of the 

space to talk and express.

项目的每一个空间层层递进，

保持独立又相互关联，在风格呈现上保持统一，

在功能应用上收放有度。

Each space of the project 

is progressive layer by layer,

Remain independent and interrelated, 

and maintain unity in style presentation,

There is a degree of retraction 

and retraction in the functional application.

点滴青绿，让整个空间生机盎然，

原木为伴，更显温雅无间，

拉近每个人与空间与器物的距离，

让每一寸与每一刻都清雅倍至。

Every drop of green makes 

the whole space full of vitality,

With logs, it is more gentle and elegant,

Close the distance between 

everyone and space and objects,

Let every inch and every moment be elegant.

择一处清幽，斟一盏芳茗，

在延伸的面对面空间里，

设计师给出了更多的可能性，

尽可能的在视觉与功能上继续延展。

Choose a quiet place 

and pour a fragrant tea,

In the extended face-to-face space,

Designers offer more possibilities,

Continue to extend visually 

and functionally as much as possible.

运用灯光与软装家居烘托空间氛围，

让每一缕阳光洒进的午后，

都成为天高云淡和闻风品茗的优雅时光。

Lighting and soft decoration 

are used to set off the space atmosphere,

Let every ray of sunshine into the afternoon,

It has become an elegant time 

to smell the wind and drink tea.

空间以优雅和空灵展开有度的铺陈，

让时光有序，而后释放，

让灵感有归宿，让创意能发散。

The space unfolds with 

elegance and emptiness,

Let time be orderly, 

and then release,

Let inspiration have a destination 

and let creativity spread.
