每一座城市都有着不断老去，继而蜕发新生的记忆。而城市之美，便在于其扎根于历史土壤上，以各种方式将历史文化保留在城市肌体里。过去的生活记忆，由此重新焕发出多样的生姿，沉淀为崭新而独特的记忆和标识。

从建筑、文化、现状中提取特征，突出展示区；为商业空间营造活力；色彩、艺术氛围吸引更多消费者；达到 “好看”、“好玩”、“好用”来打造独特的商业空间展示区。

为了让我们的场地区别于常规街区场地，我们希望把场地“靓”起来。设计元素在形式上呼应建筑经典的圆拱形，让整个空间设计达到和谐统一，在原有商业场地设计的基础上，我们将采用精致的水景和靓丽的艺术雕塑、精美的建筑来吸引人群。

运用设计符号的演变图案、亮眼的色调，呈现在地面，时尚又具有视觉引导性同时提升街区的活跃气质。

根据商业设计的设计基础，保证街区功能性及灵动活泼的基调，设置小品雕塑、外摆花箱，增加情景设计。各种半围合交流场景、活力设施，体现我们场地“好用”的功能特质。

According to the design basis of commercial design, to ensure the functional and lively tone of the block, set up small sculptures, flower boxes, and increase the scene design. All kinds of semi enclosed communication scenes and vitality facilities reflect the functional characteristics of our venue.

开敞式的商业邻里界面，完全展示我们的商业立面，展示我们商铺的感召力，热闹的商业氛围，在广场中我们步行空间和绿化空间穿插有致，局部布置座椅，室内与室外设有不同的交流洽谈空间，多变的小尺度空间组合融入丰富的功能活动，递进式的公共空间交流场所设计，让交流与共享成为日常生活中的一种基调，每个人都能在这里找到属于自己的一方小天地。

运用设计符号的演变方式、亮眼的色调，极具张力的造型，时尚又具有视觉引导性同时提升街区的活跃气质，引爆视觉，成为焦点。

从独具特色的灵璧文化艺术中体悟灵璧的人文精神，对细节的把控，对精致的追求。

From the unique Lingbi culture and art, we can understand Lingbi's humanistic spirit, the control of details and the pursuit of delicacy.

在植物的选择上，以整齐统一的整形绿篱植物为主。给前来参观的游人一种视觉上的整齐尊贵的感受，在这里感受着自然的抚慰，树木的序列划一，体验阳光和雨露，感受邻里街区的生活场景。

In the selection of plants, neat and unified plastic hedge plants are the main. It gives visitors a visual sense of orderliness and dignity. Here they feel the comfort of nature, the uniform sequence of trees, the experience of sunshine and rain, and the life scene of neighborhood.

The completion of the project is by no means easy. The plan has gone through 14 drafts, which embodies countless day and night discussions and hard work of Party A and Party B. We hope to reconstruct the cultural and urban neighborhoods, shape the urban garden neighborhoods, let people participate in, create exquisite and beautiful life, and create humanized neighborhood space.
