In the future, it will be developed into a crowd gathering place with sufficient supporting facilities and living near the river with excellent living quality. Relying on various roads and urban development, the project base has convenient external traffic.

示范区售楼处靠近市政道，致使前场空间相对较小，如何在狭小空间布局合理动线、丰富空间层次成为本次设计过程中最大的挑战。设计师将当地文化底蕴与空间细节相结合，从入口门头出发，起承转合，小中见大，打造新时代艺术空间。

The sales office of the demonstration area is close to the municipal road, so the front space is relatively small. How to lay out reasonable moving lines in a narrow space and enrich the space level has become the biggest challenge in the design process. The designer combines the local cultural background with the spatial details. Starting from the entrance door, it turns from small to big to create a new era art space.

构想 THINKING

设计之始，设计师从淮安悠久的历史文化中寻找创作灵感、提取景观设计元素，抓住“孤帆、江潮”为中心的设计理念，最大程度建立产品的昭示性，通过对场地空间的拆解和示范区参观动线的梳理，塑造有层级的感受空间，营造水岸、帆与潮的形象感及运河水系文化。

营造 CONSTRUCT

方案推演从本地文化开始，以“帆”“江潮”为设计演绎，历经数稿，最终呈现“水动帆扬”般的灵动艺术空间。

The project starts from the local culture and takes "sail" and "river tide" as the design deduction. After several drafts, it finally presents the smart art space like "water moving sail".

入·水岸边

INTO WATEFRONT

一叶扁舟逐于水上，由帆入水，帆动舟起，迎客而入。以帆船连绵起伏的折线勾出入口门头轮廓，继而幻化成墙，绵延天际，形有尽而意无穷。门头轻盈灵动，星光散落，群燕纷飞，灵动的涌泉与素雅的墙体相互辉映融合，夜幕下，院内山水风光隐隐约约，引人一探究竟。

With the sailing ship undulating broken line hook entrance gate head outline, then transformed into a wall, stretches in the sky, the shape has all but infinite meaning. The gate head is light and clever, the stars are scattered, the swallows fly, the clever Yongquan and the simple but elegant wall reflect each other, under the night, the landscape in the hospital is indistinct, inviting people to explore.

游·流水间

WANDER STREAM

泛舟江上，缓缓前行，水动舟驶，引客而来。光、影、水尽收一方天地，灯光透过金属板，如同繁星洒落水中。风吹水起，荡起层层波光，倒影散去，唤醒记忆中的美好时刻，与时光重叠交织。

Boating on the river, slowly forward, the water moving the boat to drive, attract guests. Light, shadow, water all over the world, lamplight through the metal plate, like stars in the water. The wind blows the water, ripples layer upon layer light, the reflection disperses, awakens the memory in the good moment, and the time overlaps interweaves.

五彩争胜，光怪陆离，我们始终都猜不透光。循光而去，初望三山，停靠于此，静听潺潺流水声；寻隐而进，光的尽头泛起神秘涟漪，似时光隧道，旅途趣事于此娓娓道来......

Colorful, bizarre, we always guess opaque. Follow the light and look at the three mountains for the first time. Stop here and listen to the murmuring water. Looking for hidden and enter, the end of the light is mysterious ripples, like a tunnel of time, the journey of fun in this story...

夜幕降临，风清月白，金属不锈钢透光板渗出点点灯光，犹如璀璨星空，给原本冰冷的石材带来些许温暖，迎接着每个奔赴万里，寻觅栖息之地的旅人。

When night falls, the wind is clear and the moon is white, and the metal stainless steel transparent plate oozes little lights, just like the bright starry sky, which brings some warmth to the originally cold stone material, and welcomes every traveler who travels to thousands of miles to seek a place to inhabit.

人在水上行，景在水中映，穿梭在虚实相生的世界，沉浸于万物变化之中。平静的水面，洒脱而又沉寂，柔和地包裹着世间万物。

People walk on the water, the scenery reflects in the water, shuttling in the virtual and real world, immersed in the changes of all things. The calm water, free and easy and silent, gently wrapped everything in the world.

靠·丛林间

ANCHOR FOREST

帆停舟至，停客而坐，绿意随岸而来。曲径通幽，流水潺潺，浮光掠影。停靠于此，与内心对话，岁月静好。

Sail to stop the boat, stop and sit, green with the shore. Winding path through the quiet, gurgling water, floating. Stop here and have a dialogue with your heart.

设计师寄语 Designer's thoughts 

我们希望这么一方小巧的展示区景观，不仅仅是展示期间的一个界面空间，更是让每一个前来参观体验的客户，在这短暂的步行旅途中，体验到光与影带来的心灵抚慰，感受到对未来社区生活的一个美好向往延续。生活，永远有期待；有期待，就永远有美好......

We hope that such a small display area landscape will not only be an interface space during the exhibition, but also allow every customer who comes to visit and experience to experience the spiritual comfort brought by light and shadow during this short walking journey, and feel a beautiful continuation of future community life.Life, always have expectations; Have expectations, there will always be good...

东方意境与西方建筑语态的融合为本案室内设计的重点，中式园林的层叠与西方设计大师密斯·凡·德罗的建筑语态相结合。垂直与水平线穿插推移，形成流通空间。层叠的结构形成中式移步易景的情境要求，之山折水，随方制象。室内延伸到室外，相互共融，形成共生的生态。

门厅设计为衔接室内建筑及景观的开端，入口LED屏幕的流动的水流，水纹石材台面，连贯到内部沙盘区的琉璃装置，是对帆浪的呼应，卷起了内部的水脉，揭开室内的序章。

进入沙盘区，吊顶的琉璃装置是对水脉的传承，连贯了整个空间，中空上方的窗洞，连贯垂直空间，与前台呼应的LED屏幕，将水流声带到了沙盘区，人流随着水的脉络，慢慢进入空间内部。

洽谈区位于整个空间的后段，开场的空间设置，不同形式的洽谈形式满足不同需求，是末端，也是衔接，连贯二层的看房功能，及通向后场实体样板间，配套收银室、VIP、儿童区，让整个空间流通联动，就像水系的分支，在空间末端发散另外的支节。

楼梯间为样板间参观的发散点，旁边的通道通往实体样板间，从楼梯上楼，可进行交付样板间参观，楼梯的装置就像帆船航行激起浪花的泡沫，承载的杨帆的梦想。
