基于得天独厚的场地条件，构建场所精神的核心，不管从文化尺度还是地理尺度都自然的指向了这一片三江交汇处的广阔与繁忙，它繁衍文化，诉说历史，是栖息于此地的人们的日常。

Based on the unique site conditions, the construction of the core of the spirit of the place, no matter from the cultural scale or geographical scale are naturally pointed to the vast and busy area where the three rivers meet, it propagates culture, tells history, is the daily life of the people living here.

原生的场地状态给予了设计者最初的直觉，对既有生命状态的情感鸣响超越了功能与便利至上的逻辑。

The original site state gives the designer the initial intuition, and the emotional ringing of the existing life state transcends the logic of function and convenience.

粗粝的崖壁和就势生长的野草构成的场地原生状态，是意外的惊喜，这种充满生命感的状态，使得我们从初始便确立了建筑该有存在方式——一种适度干预和嵌入式的谦卑感。

The raw state of the site, with its harsh cliffs and growing weeds, is an unexpected surprise, a state of life that allows us to establish from the beginning that the building should have a way of being a sense of moderate intervention and embedded humility.

功能需求和情感需求之外，设计目标的另外一个组成部分就是对于非宏观尺度的、现实意义内的种种场地边界的平衡，此时设计就成了夹缝中的命题作文。

本案的边界具有复杂性，西侧是不可动的水厂区域，东侧现状垂直面以上需要加护支柱形成悬挑的盘山公路，而建筑主体的功能盒子因悬挑亦需要稳固的人工护坡面，因岩石稳定度等原因形成的垂直下挖空间自然形成了室内电梯井的中庭。

This case the boundary is complex, the west is immobile water area, the east of the status quo above need intensive vertical pillar form cantilever scenic mountain roads, and construction main body function for cantilever box also need strong artificial slope protection, by reason of rock stability under the form of vertical digging space naturally formed the indoor elevator shaft in the atrium.

岩石是贮藏了无限度量的时间的物象，建筑也许不会永恒，而此刻他们合二为一并且生长……

Rocks are objects that store infinite metrics of time. Buildings may not last forever, but at the moment they are one and grow...

建筑理所应当是自由的，它链接所有可链接的关系，不管是遮蔽空间还是自然，不管是功能还是情绪，都是需要被平衡的。由此景观设计师充分考虑了室内外的空间需求的关联以及建筑结构对设计需求的必要支持。

 Architecture should be free. It links all linkable relationships, no matter it issheltered space or nature, no matter it is functional or emotional, all need to be balanced. Therefore, the landscape architect has fully considered the relationship between indoor and outdoor space requirements and the necessary support of architectural structure to the design requirements.

此处，便是云麓听涛之所。

This is where the waves are heard halfway up the mountain.

当飒飒的风迎面吹起，忽而大到听不清对面人的讲话，而视线略过翻涌的树梢继续向前延伸，水天一色的三江交汇的盛景就清晰起来，如此之大境便是云麓听涛之所。

When the wind blowing in the face of the rustling, suddenly large to hear the speech of the people in the opposite, and the line of sight slightly over the surging treetops continue to extend forward, the three rivers intersection of the color of water and sky clear up, this is where the waves are heard halfway up the mountain.

落霞与涛声所能弥漫之处，是日复一日的细碎和日常，而你站在风中，恍若离尘，与烟火却也不过咫尺之隔。

The place where the falling clouds and the sound of the waves can be filled is the day-to-day smashing and daily, and you stand in the wind, if you are away from the dust, but the fireworks are just a stone's throw away.

在可以远眺三江交汇之处停下来，并以“爱”结尾。我们与一切美好的事物相遇之时，标记就成了本能。
