项目为洋房、别墅、商业外街相结合的社区规划模式，设计师以法式庄园为背景，以现代时尚生活为导向，延续古典端庄的尊贵气质，将古典艺术、格调、浪漫、闲适的景观元素融入其中。由于洋房区与别墅区存在6米高差，设计师巧妙利用跌级种植及立面装饰弱化高差带来的压抑感，并变弊为利，增加了别墅的私密感。洋房区设置四个宅间组团，设计师将每个宅间的功能综合布置又各具特点，满足了不同住户的户外活动要求。

The project calls for a community planning consisting of town house, villa and commercial street. Taking French style manor as the background, the designers extend the noble temperament and blend the design with classical art, tasted, romantic and leisurely landscape elements. There are 6-meter high level difference between townhouse area and villa area. The designers therefore employ cascading plantings and vertical decorations to relief the oppression caused, and meanwhile, enhance privacy of the villas. In the townhouse area, four clusters are provided between the buildings. Each cluster has specific feature and function of its own, which greatly satisfies various demands of different groups of people.
